With a high energy level and elevated levels of micronutrients Stud & Youngstock Mix has been specifically formulated to meet the higher nutritional demands of broodmares during pregnancy and lactation. It is also ideal for working stallions, growing foals and developing youngstock. A probiotic and a blend of prebiotics are included to help maintain a healthy digestive system, particularly at times of stress such as when travelling, foaling or during weaning.

Feeding instructions

Dampen well before feeding.  Introduce a new feed gradually over 7 to 10 days building up to the amounts needed to maintain condition and energy levels (0.25 – 3.5kg depending on size, type, workload and condition). Increase the amount of feed during the last three months of pregnancy and also when lactating.  Allen & Page cannot be held responsible for any problem encountered if the feed is not prepared in accordance with our recommendations. This feed should be fed with forage and fresh water. Do not feed to sheep.
