Cool & Collected has been specially formulated for horses and ponies at rest or in light to medium work, making it perfect for those who require slightly more calories whilst maintaining rideability. It is high in fibre and low in starch and sugar, making it ideal for horses and ponies that tend to become fizzy on traditional mid-range energy feeds. Being fibre and oil based, Cool & Collected provides slow release, stamina giving energy. There is also a probiotic and a blend of prebiotics for healthy digestion and added linseed - a good source of omega 3.
Product description
Cool & Collected is particularly beneficial anywhere you need a calm and composed horse or pony. During our trials of Cool & Collected, we had some fantastic results regarding behaviour; horses fed Cool & Collected showed much less unwanted behaviours such as spookiness, fizzy behaviour and windsucking, compared to when the same horses were fed a medium starch feed. It is a balanced feed that when fed at recommended amounts according to body weight and workload will provide the horse with a fully balanced diet inclusive of essential vitamins and minerals.

Please note, all feed amounts are in dry weight, per day. Do not feed more than 2kg (1 1/3 Stubbs Scoops) dry weight per meal.
DO NOT FEED DRY – THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS UNMOLASSED SUGAR BEET AND MUST BE SOAKED FOR 3 MINUTES BEFORE FEEDING. CHECK ALL PELLETS HAVE DISSOLVED BEFORE FEEDING.
- Introduce a new feed gradually over 7 to 10 days, building up to the amounts needed to maintain condition and energy levels.
- Place feed in a shallow bucket, add twice as much water as feed, then stir. Wait 3 minutes before feeding this product.
- Not suitable for horses and ponies prone to laminitis.
- Do not feed to sheep.
Reviews
