Alfie (25 years old) is a good doer, and has very sensitive skin. Fast Fibre has suited him perfectly. He is also intolerant to sugar, but as Fast Fibre is barley and molasses free, it doesn’t make him silly. He is still out successfully competing in Mountain and Moorland classes as well as Veteran.

In 2013, Sam, now aged 19 retired from military duties as he had been diagnosed with navicular and arthritis in both hocks. On advice from Allen & Page’s very helpful nutritionists, during the challenging summer months, I have changed his feed from Fast Fibre to Veteran Light. Sam continues to compete at local shows winning best condition and working hunter classes. Sam is in very good condition, I am grateful for the help and advice given by the Allen & Page nutritionists.

I was recommended Cool & Collected as we wanted something low in starch and sugar to help Niche wind down from her racing career. Over the last year Niche has adapted well to a busy livery yard environment with horses going in and out and being fed different times of day. Unfortunately, Niche cut her leg, which needed box rest, still being fed Cool & Collected, she was an angel on box rest. She is now fit and well and progressing in her ridden work. Yoyo bless him turned 30 this year so we did decide to retire him as he wasn't coping well with the travelling to shows, however he is still doing fab and is on Veteran Vitality morning and night. Apart from a few grey hairs, the vet couldn't believe his age! So thank you!

Harrie is fed Power & Performance to give her the extra energy needed for competition and is looking fantastic. She has developed so much since being on it, and as she is still growing it helps her to keep developing. I love how I can build up how much she is getting before an event and drop it back down again after, so she is getting the
energy levels she needs when competing.

Allen & Page recommended we put 18 year old Indy onto Veteran Light, adding Power & Performance when needed for competing. The rest is history, Indy is looking and feeling amazing, since he has been on A&P, his stamina has increased hugely and the shine on his coat is just amazing.

Billy in his younger years was a bit of a diva and always struggled to keep weight on with most feeds adding too much spark to an already explosive pony! After speaking to Allen & Page, they suggested Veteran Vitality, two seasons later and he has won Veteran of the Year 2017. I can say 100%, all our success is due to feeding Veteran Vitality. Billy is living proof that if you get their feed right, dreams do come true.

I have been feeding Allen & Page feed for about 10 years now and I will never change. I have a variety of horses on my yard including cobs, hunters, dressage horses and eventers. I buy horses to bring on and produce. I have often bought horses in very poor condition and with Allen & Page feed I have seen a noticeable improvement in the horse’s condition in as little as two weeks.

I find particularly with Fast Fibre and Calm & Condition the feeds are great for weight management without heating the horses up. My hunters are fed on Calm & Condition all season with no need for anything extra to be added.

It’s just fabulous to have such reliable and good quality feed products available.

Fast Fibre really brings out the best in Bear, and keeps him happy when he is stabled at shows as it takes him a while to eat it! In the last few years Bear has really found his feet and has a collection of rosettes to prove that. Fast Fibre keep him in great condition, especially his coat! Since changing to Veteran Light Queenie has maintained a consistent weight, while building muscle. Queenie works hard, but Veteran Light maintains her energy levels, without making her fizzy and her coat is always sparkling! I always get compliments about her amazing condition.
